Overall, its features are pretty decent, but the lack of 3G, Wi-Fi and even EDGE connectivity is a deal breaker for most users, might be fatal with the Samsung Omnia, iPhone 3G and HTC Touch Diamond all offering similar and in many cases better specs.
On the good side, there’s a 2.9-inch 262K color TFT touchscreen display with a resolution 240 x 400 pixels, 2 megapixel camera with auto-focus, Bluetooth, microSD memory slot, an office documents reader, and a 1250 mAh battery, which promises to deliver up to 850 hours of standby and up to 8 hours of talk time.

Sony Ericsson C905 employs quite a few innovations product of the company. It is the first slider from the Cyber-shot series and the first non-smartphone equipped with WiFi. Aside from the DLNA support, which for example, lets you view wirelessly the pictures from the phone on the TV. The top model is equipped with GPS, to make orientation easier.
Sony Ericsson C905’s design really reminds us of the pocket digital cameras. Even though it is a slider, that is hard to notice it since the phone creates the impression that it is one whole. Its size and weight definitely make it unfit for the “compact” class, but that can be expected from a phone pretending to offer such functionality.
