Apple Issued An Open Letter To All iPhone 4 Owners Regarding Its Reception Problems

We know all you guys iPhone 4 owners have been waiting for some official responses from Apple regarding your iPhone 4 reception issues. It seems that all of those news, blog posts, comments, and of course complaints regarding the iPhone 4′s problems irritates or maybe frustrates Apple.

And recently, Apple made an open letter to all iPhone 4 owners regarding the reception issues. You can read it below.

Anyway, their previous statements were sounded like they see the reception issue as nonexistent.

They even said that the actual problem was the way people hold their iPhones, that people are holding it wrong. And that clearly raised many controversy. Since Apple’s own advertisements are showing they’re holding it that way. And also, how come a phone loss signals when you’re holding it the way you’ve been holding any other phone… you know… standard and normal phone?

This time, in their open letter, Apple said the problem is just that the iPhones are showing the available signal in a wrong way. And they’re planning to fix this error with a software update which should make the signal representation more real.

Huh?

We seriously think that this is weird. Graphical error of the signal representation can cause dropped calls and reduced data rates?

However what we think about this is not important. But we’re interested in your opinion regarding this open letter from Apple and their so-called plan to fix the reception issues. Put some of your opinions at the comment section below.

And if you’re interested to read Apple’s open letter regarding iPhone 4′s reception issue, you can read it below after the break. (more…)
