Still about iPhone 4′s poor reception issue
.
Just in case you’re wondering about what will you get as the answers to your complaints about your iPhone 4 signal loss problems, you should read this.
Apple is giving their employees the exact procedures when dealing with customer’s complaints, which surprisingly sounds like they’re not admitting that the problem ever existed. Some would even say Apple don’t care nor respect their customers and also their complaints.
However, we believe everyone have their own opinion and will see this differently.
And that’s what we’d like to know, your opinion.

This handset is not even announced officially yet, but today a video and pack of live photos of Nokia N9 leaked and should be widely spread all over the web as we speak.
And like we said, it’s not even announced yet, thus the name Nokia N9 is also unofficial. Some guys called it N9, while others called it C7 or E7.
The prototype in these images and video is labeled with Nokia C0, it could be joining the C-series when it gets official. Who knows? But this time, let’s called Nokia N9.
Anyway, this isn’t the first leak of the Nokia N9. The earlier live photos and video surfaced few days ago, which we didn’t get the chance to post them here. And what we got here this time is far better than the earlier leaks. Higher quality photo shots and an extensive hands-on video.
And the following are some of the know specs of Nokia N9 so far: (more…)

Now we’ve seen the surprises that iPhone 4 brought to all of us: yellow spots or white dots on the iPhone 4 screen, losing signal and poor reception, etc.
Latest updates on the iPhone 4 screen’s yellow spots issue is that those annoying spots will somewhat disappear by itself in a few days. Many trusted source has proven this to be true.
So what about the signal loss issue? I’m sure we’ve heard many of iPhone 4 owners reports their complaints about completely losing signal when they hold it by its sides, or covering its bottom-left corner (which is the location of the GSM and WiFi antennas).
Apple made an official statement regarding the issue:
“Gripping any mobile phone will result in some attenuation of its antenna performance, with certain places being worse than others depending on the placement of the antennas. This is a fact of life for every wireless phone. If you ever experience this on your iPhone 4, avoid gripping it in the lower left corner in a way that covers both sides of the black strip in the metal band, or simply use one of many available cases.”
Even more surprising, Steve Jobs also made a straight-to-the-point answer to some of user emails:
“Just avoid holding it that way.”
What do you think of Apple’s and Steve Jobs’ response to the iPhone 4 issues?
Just look at the image below. (more…)
