Bad news for Sony Ericsson fans - the long rumored Sony Ericsson P5 (codenamed Paris) and Sony Ericsson G702 (codenamed Beibei) smartphones have been cancelled. Word is that these handsets were cancelled because of too many hard critics from reviewers and other industry watchers regarding the specs and looks.

The Sony Ericsson G702 (codenamed Beibei) were also cancelled for unknown reasons. But there was some bad claims mainly to its look and design, though it still counted as a nice smartphone with great features and functionality.

Word is, although Paris and Beibei were cancelled, they still sold in Asia.
