Sony Ericsson Xperia Rachael — This time in Black Color

Here are the newest official pictures of the Sony Ericsson Xperia Rachael, this time is in black color version. Pretty cool actually, but i think the white one still look much better.

For a little refresh, the Sony Ericsson Xperia Rachael employs the Qualcomm QSD8250 Snapdragon platform providing 1GHz CPU plus a dedicated graphics acceleration. The top-notch connectivity options are also on-board such as Wi-Fi, GPS, and 3G-HSDPA support. And besides the huge and exciting 4″ WVGA touchscreen — which might be the best part of this phone –, the Sony Ericsson Xperia Rachael also sports an 8 megapixel autofocus camera, a standard 3.5 mm audio jack and miniUSB port.

Nokia 3720 Classic — Tough and Rugged Phone

Nokia announced their new handset today — the Nokia 3720 Classic — a tough and rugged phone which made to survive in rough environments where other phones would easily break into pieces. The Nokia 3720 Classic comes with the IP-54 certification, indicates a complete dusts and splashes resistance, also the shock resistance which has been greatly increased. This device did reminds us of the almost-fogotten-device on rugged phone lineup – the Nokia 5140.

Anyway, the body of the Nokia 3720 Classic made from stainless steel, some sealed materials and textured surface. The back cover itself is locked by a metal screw to protect the phone from water and dust. This tough little fella runs on Symbian S40 and sports a 2.2″ QVGA TFT 16 million color display, 2 megapixel camera along with LED-flash which can be used as a torch, Bluetooth, FM radio, 2.5mm audio-jack, microUSB port, and microSD memorycard slot. Unfortunately, it lacks the 3G support.

The Nokia 3720 Classic is scheduled to start selling before the end of this summer at 125 euro before taxes or subsidies, available in Gray and Yellow color variants.

Sony Ericsson Kiki Leaked — with 3D Projecting Screen ?

Along with the Sony Ericsson Xperia Rachael, leaked another handset codenamed as Kiki. This one comes with an extraordinary design which nothing like SE devices. The source stated that Sony Ericsson Kiki packs an innovative display technology, that the images gets projected on the screen surface and become a 3D image projection.

While this may sounds really nice, but nothing we can count on this one since the Sony Ericsson Kiki brings no specific info of its existance. Some say it can be just another fan concept device.

Sony Ericsson Xperia Rachael — More Official Pictures and UI Demo

Good news, fellas! Yesterday’s leak of Sony Ericsson Xperia Rachael specs and pictures are confirmed. This SE-Android monster is really making its way to the daylight. And now we got more official pictures and a short demo video of the Android user-interface on the Sony Ericsson Xperia Rachael.

This time, the Sony Ericsson Xperia Rachael comes with a beautiful white color, which personally i think it looks waaay a lot better than the black. Don’t you think?

Along with the pictures above, comes also a short demo-video of the Android user interface on the SE Xperia Rachael.

For your information, the original resolution of this video is 852×480 pixels in 16:9 aspect ratio, which gives us a guess that it’s also the resolution of the SE Xperia Rachael display.

Sweet, huh?

As far as we know, this is the highest resolution on a mobile phone.

Based on the video, looks like Sony Ericsson have made some extra work in customizing the Android UI, to add their own style and touch.

Few photos of the upcoming Sony Ericsson W595 – Codenamed Linda – leaked on Journaldugeek. The Sony Ericsson W595 is a Walkman phone – based on the A2 software platform, featuring the Walkman 3 player, as well as an FM radio, will come bundled with the location services, including Google Maps. The Sony Ericsson W595 will be announced in the next few days or weeks for the July music product announcement. This phone will come in a white & red colour variant.

Sony Ericsson Remi Leaked

Remi, another Sony Ericsson phone that recently leaked, really shares some SE’s Walkman phone looks and specs. The Unofficial SE blog called the Remi “the new T610″ and made some comparison on them. No one really sure about what the market name of this phone.

Sony Ericsson Remi is a candybar phone, built based on W890 hardware platform. Using W890’s dimension, this might end up at 10mm waistline – 10.5cm in length – 4.7cm width.

The body parts of this phone is made from aluminium, which seems pretty good. And it’s an HSDPA supported device, with 3.2 megapixel camera without autofocus, and runs on the A2 platform.

Nokia N78 Available in US for $560

Nokia has just released the Nokia N78 in United States, in a candy-bar style form factor. Comes in 3 color versions, the pretty black below, brown and blue-white one as well.

The Nokia N78 packed with most of todays features, such as A-GPS, Wi-Fi, HSDPA network connectivity and GPS. And it’s running on Symbian Series 60 OS 9.3 – Feature Pack2. Armed with a 3.2 megapixel auto-focus camera using Carl Zeiss lenses and supported by a LED flash.

The Nokia N78 is being sold at US$560 both online and in their physical store.

Sony Ericsson S302 and Sony Ericsson F305 Handsets Leaked

Today’s leaked handsets are Sony Ericsson S302 (Snapshot series) and Sony Ericsson F305 (a new portable gaming series).

Sony Ericsson S302 is a low-midrange GSM/EDGE device, stands at 11mm thick and 79g weight, sporting a 2 megapixel camera (no autofocus) along with a LED flash and PhotoFix application. Packed with 2″ TFT color display at 176×220 pixel resolution, 20MB internal memory which can be expanded via microSD card slot, Bluetooth with A2DP profile support, microUSB, and FM radio. Internet wise, Sony Ericsson S302 is shipped with Access NetFront web browser.

The Sony Ericsson S302 is scheduled to start selling in Q4 this year, available in Thunder-Grey and Crystal Blue color version. Still no specific info on pricing.

The next device is the Sony Ericsson F305 which is also a low-midrange device, and obviously a gaming oriented device. Installed with 3 motion based games — Bowling, Bass Fishing, and Jockey — this phone employs the built-in accelerometer to play the games and some gaming dedicated-keys.

Packed with 2″ TFT color display, 2 megapixel camera (no AF), stereo loudspeaker, Bluetooth supporting A2DP profile, M2 cardslot, and FM radio.

The Sony Ericsson F305 planned to start selling in Q3 2008, while there’s still no words on its price.

Motorola ZN5 Live Pictures

The Motorola ZN5 has just got reviewed for the first time although this phone hasn’t been announced officially. The highlight of this Linux-powered device is its 5 megapixel auto focus camera. Comes with a protective cover and a xenon flash. What’s great from this linux-powered cameraphone is, obviously, the 5 megapixel auto-focus camera on its back. The camera comes with a protective cap and a xenon flash.

Motorola ZN5 is the first cameraphone that shot in RAW and binned RAW formats (preserving full color depth but lower resolution). The morphing keypad is another feature of this device, also the 3.5mm audio jack, microSD card slot, microUSB slot, QVGA color display and TV-Out, are hanging on its spec sheet. While we’re waiting for the official release, let’s just enjoy these beautiful pictures, shall we?
